Unit bathroom refits

Bondi · Eastern Suburbs
Bondi is walk-up blocks, semis and a renovation on every second street. Most of what we cut here is solid double brick or a 1960s suspended slab, in a building where someone else lives above the ceiling you are coring through.
Local work
Waste and water cores through suspended slabs, cut wet and sealed so nothing runs into the flat below.
Clean cores through double brick for split-system pipe runs, so the head sits flush and the line is hidden.
Penetrations through balcony slabs and walls where the original fall never worked.
Chases for new circuits in brick and render, cut with extraction so an occupied flat stays livable.
Cutting out spalled concrete and coring for hydrants, sprinklers and new services under a building report.

Questions
Yes, and we do it constantly. Send through the strata rules and the approved work hours and we will fit them. Insurance and SWMS go to the building manager on request.
No. Wet coring uses a small amount of water vacuumed straight back up, and the rig is ring-sealed to the floor. On a finished slab we protect the area first.
